Every token has a lane.

The 100,000,000-token supply is divided into four separately tracked allocations so the public can verify where tokens begin and how they move.

60%

Liquidity & public distribution

60,000,000 tokens for trading liquidity and public distribution.

20%

Charitable Giving Reserve

20,000,000 tokens divided into forty 500,000-token milestone tranches.

10%

Founder allocation

10,000,000 tokens planned for a transparent price-and-time eligibility schedule.

10%

Project & marketing

10,000,000 tokens reserved for operations and outreach.

Testing before Mainnet.

GiveGoblin is currently in the local testing and planning stage. No Mainnet GOB token has been launched and no real-money GOB trading is currently available.

Community-directed giving

GiveGoblin is not itself a charitable organization. Donations are intended to be made to verified eligible charitable organizations, with actual proceeds, transfers, and available receipts published for public verification.

Every milestone ends with a public choice.

The Charitable Giving Reserve is not an automatic sell program. Each reached price milestone makes one 500,000-token tranche eligible. The community then votes on the recipient charity, sales are paced around available liquidity, and the actual net proceeds go to the winning organization.

  1. Milestone reachedA predetermined market-price level is verified.
  2. 500,000 tokens become eligibleEligibility does not mean the tokens are automatically sold.
  3. Community vote opensEligible charities are presented and the community selects the recipient.
  4. Sale is paced around available liquidityLiquidity, slippage, fees, market movement, and price impact are considered.
  5. Actual proceeds are donatedThe winning charity receives the net amount produced by the milestone sale.
  6. Proof is publishedTransactions, recipient details, and donation receipts are added to the public record.
40 giving events

Milestones, not promises.

The quoted value shows 500,000 tokens multiplied by each milestone price. It is not guaranteed donation proceeds. Actual donations depend on liquidity and the net proceeds realized from paced sales.

Voting begins after milestone verification

No recipient is preselected.

At every milestone, the community votes for the charity that will receive that milestone’s actual net proceeds. A charity is not presented as an official partner unless permission and verification are in place.

Combined quoted value across all forty listed milestone tranches: $4,513,200. This total has been verified from the table and remains theoretical value, not guaranteed cash or guaranteed donation proceeds.
Founder transparency

Published schedule. Visible activity.

The 10,000,000-token founder allocation is planned to follow the published price-and-time eligibility schedule below. The first ten events require both a price milestone and a minimum time. Eligibility never requires an immediate sale.

Combined quoted value at the ten listed eligibility points: $942,000. This is not guaranteed cash and does not mean the tokens must be sold.
Public records

Verify the movement.

Separate wallets are planned so founder, charity, treasury, and liquidity activity can be independently traced. Mainnet addresses will be published only after any deployment is finalized and verified.

Donation history

Receipts over rhetoric.

Each completed milestone will separate theoretical value from what was actually sold, actually received, and actually donated.

No real-money donation events yet.

GiveGoblin is currently in the local testing and planning stage. No Mainnet GOB token has been launched and no real-money GOB trading is currently available. Future records will show the community vote result, selected charity, tokens sold, gross proceeds, fees, net proceeds, amount donated, Solana transaction, recipient, and donation receipt.

Market mechanics

Valuation is not liquidity.

A quoted market value can be far larger than the money available in a trading pool. Local validator tests will measure how simulated buys and sales affect price, slippage, pool balances, and liquidity.

Planned local simulations

Test purchases and milestone-sized sales before setting real launch conditions.

Development path

Test before trust.

The project moves from local simulation to professional review before any consideration of a Solana Mainnet launch.

PHASE 01

Build

Create the local test token, separate accounts, trackers, voting flow, and public disclosure system.

PHASE 02

Simulate

Test purchases, sales, liquidity depth, slippage, transfers, and milestone behavior.

PHASE 03

Finalize & review

Confirm tokenomics, charity vetting, wallet security, legal structure, taxes, and accounting.

PHASE 04

Consider Mainnet

Only after testing and professional review would a real-money launch be considered.

Read before participating

Risk is part of the record.

GiveGoblin is a speculative token concept. Transparency does not eliminate trading, liquidity, operational, legal, or execution risk.

GOB does not guarantee profits, returns, appreciation, donations of any particular dollar amount, or achievement of any milestone.

Prices can fall sharply.

Meme tokens can lose substantial or all value. Milestones may never be reached.

Quoted value is not proceeds.

Actual results depend on liquidity, slippage, fees, price impact, and market movement.

Eligible does not mean sold.

Eligibility creates the option to transact; it does not force an immediate sale.

Donations depend on reality.

The winning charity receives actual net proceeds, which may differ greatly from the quoted milestone value.

Voting requires safeguards.

Eligibility, vote rules, verification, and anti-manipulation measures must be finalized before Mainnet.

Professional review comes first.

Legal, crypto-structure, charity-promotion, tax, and accounting review are required before accepting public money.
