Liquidity & public distribution
60,000,000 tokens for trading liquidity and public distribution.
Small token. Big impact.
A community-driven Solana meme token built around transparent tokenomics, public wallets, milestone-based charitable giving, and verifiable donation records.

Always verify the mint address. Tokens using the GiveGoblin name or GOB symbol with a different mint address are not the official GOB token.
The 100,000,000-token supply is divided into four separately tracked allocations so the public can verify where tokens begin and how they move.
60,000,000 tokens for trading liquidity and public distribution.
20,000,000 tokens divided into forty 500,000-token milestone tranches.
10,000,000 tokens planned for a transparent price-and-time eligibility schedule.
10,000,000 tokens reserved for operations and outreach.
GiveGoblin is currently in the local testing and planning stage. No Mainnet GOB token has been launched and no real-money GOB trading is currently available.

GiveGoblin is not itself a charitable organization. Donations are intended to be made to verified eligible charitable organizations, with actual proceeds, transfers, and available receipts published for public verification.
The Charitable Giving Reserve is not an automatic sell program. Each reached price milestone makes one 500,000-token tranche eligible. The community then votes on the recipient charity, sales are paced around available liquidity, and the actual net proceeds go to the winning organization.
The quoted value shows 500,000 tokens multiplied by each milestone price. It is not guaranteed donation proceeds. Actual donations depend on liquidity and the net proceeds realized from paced sales.
At every milestone, the community votes for the charity that will receive that milestone’s actual net proceeds. A charity is not presented as an official partner unless permission and verification are in place.
| Milestone | Price level | Tokens eligible | Quoted value | Status |

The 10,000,000-token founder allocation is planned to follow the published price-and-time eligibility schedule below. The first ten events require both a price milestone and a minimum time. Eligibility never requires an immediate sale.
| Event | Required price | Minimum time | Tokens eligible | Quoted value |

Separate wallets are planned so founder, charity, treasury, and liquidity activity can be independently traced. Mainnet addresses will be published only after any deployment is finalized and verified.

Mainnet accounts not launchedEach completed milestone will separate theoretical value from what was actually sold, actually received, and actually donated.
GiveGoblin is currently in the local testing and planning stage. No Mainnet GOB token has been launched and no real-money GOB trading is currently available. Future records will show the community vote result, selected charity, tokens sold, gross proceeds, fees, net proceeds, amount donated, Solana transaction, recipient, and donation receipt.
A quoted market value can be far larger than the money available in a trading pool. Local validator tests will measure how simulated buys and sales affect price, slippage, pool balances, and liquidity.
Test purchases and milestone-sized sales before setting real launch conditions.
Token price multiplied by the fixed supply—not cash in the pool.
The project moves from local simulation to professional review before any consideration of a Solana Mainnet launch.
Create the local test token, separate accounts, trackers, voting flow, and public disclosure system.
Test purchases, sales, liquidity depth, slippage, transfers, and milestone behavior.
Confirm tokenomics, charity vetting, wallet security, legal structure, taxes, and accounting.
Only after testing and professional review would a real-money launch be considered.
GiveGoblin is a speculative token concept. Transparency does not eliminate trading, liquidity, operational, legal, or execution risk.
GOB does not guarantee profits, returns, appreciation, donations of any particular dollar amount, or achievement of any milestone.
Meme tokens can lose substantial or all value. Milestones may never be reached.
Actual results depend on liquidity, slippage, fees, price impact, and market movement.
Eligibility creates the option to transact; it does not force an immediate sale.
The winning charity receives actual net proceeds, which may differ greatly from the quoted milestone value.
Eligibility, vote rules, verification, and anti-manipulation measures must be finalized before Mainnet.
Legal, crypto-structure, charity-promotion, tax, and accounting review are required before accepting public money.
